Well-located with helpful service
“Had an overnight stay here recently on a trip through Canberra the lodge was well located, right near a tram stop, helpful service from a very kind family team of staff and wonderful value. Having my own little balcony space was a lovely unexpected bonus as well, I loved being able to sit out there as it wasn’t too cold the weekend I went. Budget but really good value. Breakfast didn’t personally hit the spot for my taste, but it was prepared with love and care & I definitely appreciated that. Would 100% stay again and recommend it, if you’re passing through Canberra. Close to transport and local shops too, 15 mins ish by tram from city”

Clean and well-fitted with multiple amenities
“Me and my mates stayed here for a night, expecting it to be just a casual night stay, but that for sure was not the case. It was actually a lot better than expected, 2 bedrooms but 8 beds in total! Great cleanliness in all the rooms, working fridge, microwave, and stove. We got a radio in our room so there was a great bit of music in the background that we could relax with. Beds were clean and well made, and we all had a good sleep here. It’s very amazing for a “2-star motel.”

Impeccably clean with ample kitchen facilities
“Just stayed 1 night as husband was in hospital overnight. Travelled from the coast. Booking was easy with very nice people who assured we would have a ground floor room. We were offered complimentary coffee and muffins on arrival when checking in. ( muffins were delicious). The room was impeccably clean with ample kitchen facilities, kettle microwave, fridge etc. comfortable beds. Loads of fast food outlets close by( across the street). Even though on Main Street, it was very quiet. Have stayed once before and will again if we need to accommodate in Canberra area.”
